Les OKR, c'est quoi ?

Les OKR (Objectives and Key Results) sont une méthode de pilotage par l'impact qui permet de définir des objectifs ambitieux et de mesurer leur progression grâce à des résultats clés concrets. Popularisés par Google et Intel, ils alignent les équipes autour de priorités communes et transforment l'agitation en impact mesurable.

Qu'est-ce que la méthode OKR ?

La méthode OKR (Objectives and Key Results) est un cadre de management stratégique fondé sur deux éléments : un Objectif qualitatif et inspirant (O), et des Résultats Clés mesurables (KR) qui prouvent qu'on l'a atteint. Elle favorise l'alignement, la transparence et la responsabilisation à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.

Quelle est la différence entre un OKR et un KPI ?

Un KPI mesure la performance d'une activité existante (ex : taux de satisfaction, chiffre d'affaires). Un OKR fixe un objectif de transformation à atteindre et les résultats clés qui prouveront qu'on y est arrivé. Les KPI disent où vous en êtes, les OKR disent où vous voulez aller et comment vous saurez que vous y êtes.

Les OKR, est-ce que ça marche vraiment ?

Oui, à condition de les adapter à votre contexte. Les OKR ne sont pas une formule magique : leur efficacité dépend de la qualité de l'implémentation, de l'adhésion des équipes et d'un pilotage régulier.
